I am grateful to the Creator for another day of life. Giving thanks to the sacred tlalli on which I stand, gratitude to the original peoples of this land. I ask permission of the four sacred directions, los cuatro elementos, la madre tierra y los cosmos as I continue walking in my prayer.

In this moment, I open my heart, connect to the sacred fire within, and offer prayer for balance and good health, especially for our elderly, the physically ill, the incarcerated and detained, undocumented, our youth, next generations, families who are hungry and in poverty, those living in harmful environments, queer and trans people who find themselves alone, people without homes, those in deep fear, those who will soon die and soon descend onto this earth.

We lift up all our communities and loved ones, may they feel peace in their hearts, and put their hands back in the earth. Gratitude for the blessed workers in the fields, in the hospitals, in our homes, caretakers, single parents, relatives holding space with great compassion in this time of uncertainty.

Eternally grateful for our breath, creativity, laughter, life force, luz, and love in our hearts that guides us protect all creation. Great Spirit help us to remember we are seeds, who have the capacity to grow and flourish, descendants of wise and resilient ancestors who left us many tools. May we remember and honor our connection to madre tierra, her sacred waters, and the blessing of all forms of life, so as to continue walking a healing path in this moment of transformation. May we have the strength to manifest our dreams for brighter futures. With humility we ask you Creator to bless us all on our many paths.

Doy gracias al Creador/Creadora por otro dia de vida. Dando gracias a la tierra sagrada donde estoy de pie, agradecida a los pueblos originarios de esta tierra. Pido permiso a las cuatro sagradas direcciones, los cuatro elementos, la madre tierra y los cosmos continuando caminando en mi rezo.

En este momento, con mi corazon abrierto, conecto con mi fuego interior, y ofrezco rezos para la balance y buena salud, especialmente por nuestros ancianxs, los enfermos, lxs encarceladxs y detenidxs, lxs que no tiene papeles, la juventud y proximas generaciones, familias que tienen hambre y que estan en la pobreca, lxs que viven en ambientes danosos, lxs queer y trans que se encuentran solxs, gente sin casa, los que tienen susto, los que a morir y los que van a nacer.

Nosotrxs levantamos nuestras comunidades y nuestros seres queridxs, que sientan paz en sus corazones, que pongan sus manos en la tierra. Agradecimiento para lxs trabajadorxs en los campos, los hospitals, cuidadorxs, madres y padres solterxs, parientes de corazon que nos aman con compasión en estos momento de inseguridad.

Enternamente agradecemos nuestro aliento, creatividad, risa, fuerza de vida, luz y amor en nuestrxs corazons que nos guia a protejer a toda la creacion. Gran Espíritu ayudanos a recorder que somos semillas que tienen la capacidad de crecer y florecer, somos descendentes de antepasados sabios y resistentes que nos dejaron muchas herramientas. Recordemos con intención y honor nuestra conexión con la madre tierra, sus agua sagradas, y la bendición de todas formas de vida, para seguir un camino de sanación en este momento de transformación. Que nosotrxs tengamos la fuerza para manifestar nuestrxs sueños para futuros mas brillantes. Con humilidad te pidemos bendiciones Creador/Creadora para todxs nuestrxs caminos.
